Yesterday, Rick Falkvinge live-blogged a criminal trial in Sweden of a woman accused of unlawfully sharing music files. The original prosecution was based on an allegation that 45,000 files were shared. At the opening of the trial, the prosecution announced in court that it could only prove that 50 files were actually shared unlawfully. Quite a difference. The trial ended in one day and a verdict is expected by the end of the month.
